Contemplative Outreach of West Michigan invites you to an Introduction to Centering Prayer workshop.  Centering Prayer is a prayer method that leads you to Contemplation which has a long Christian history sustained by monastic tradition.  The practice can be traced all the way back to when Jesus taught his followers how to pray when He said, “Go to your inner room, close the door, and pray to your Father Who is in secret.”  (Mt 6:6)

There are two opportunities in the near future for you to learn and to experience this proven prayer practice which can lead to the ultimate and intimate relationship with the Divine.  If you are looking for a way to rejuvenate your prayer life, maybe it’s time to give Centering Prayer a chance.
